Sheep milk is mild-flavored, quite rich and
tastes slightly sweet. It possesses a higher solid content then
either cow or goat milk and contains up to twice the vitamin/mineral
content of other milks in calcium, phosphorous, zinc and B vitamins.
Similar to goat milk, the fat molecules in sheep milk are much smaller
and therefore more digestible than cow milk.
Sheep
milk has been shown to be more advantageous than cow or goat milk
to people who are allergic to dairy products or suffer from lactose
intolerance. It is also ideal for older people or children on special
diets.
